Robert Twyman

Robert Alex Twyman was born on July 29, 1943. His parents were Alice Mickles Twyman and George Twyman, Sr. Robert was a master carpenter who was self-employed the entirety of his career. He spent the bulk of his adult life devoted to his beloved Della Barbour.

On September 25, 2025, at the age of 82, Robert peacefully transitioned from this life into peace and glory. He will be missed by all who loved him.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Alice Mickles Twyman, his wife Della, and five siblings: David Twyman, Mildred Twyman Winston, George Oscar Twyman, Jr., Allene Watkins and Elizabeth Jean (Twyman) Woods. He is survived by his son, Alex Twyman, three siblings; Joyce Lavrene Twyman-Skillman, Earlene Twyman, Ronald James Twyman (Marilyn) and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
