Sherry was born and raised in Omaha, NE and was preceded in death by her son Jonathan Ross McFarland.
Sherry is survived by her husband, Vernon Williams Sr of Omaha; mother, Judy Gillespie of Carter Lake; brother Robert (Whitney) Gillespie of Omaha; sister and brothers, Bianca, Brandon, Jordan and Justin, all of Carter Lake; children, Jessica, Mary, and Vernon Williams Jr of Omaha; grandchildren, Kathleen, Jonathan, Emma, Jacklynn, Avery and Abel Williams, all of Omaha; Dominic Warrick of Lincoln, NE; companion Alvin Norman; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and extended family and friends.
