Sotero M Atienza

Sotero Atienza, age 90, passed away peacefully at home in Omaha, NE January 23, 2023. He was born April 22, 1932 to Nicanor and Nena (Maligaya) Atienza in Agoncillo, Philippines. Sotero lived in Subic Agoncillo, Philippines the majority of his life until moving to Omaha, NE in December of 1995. Sotero enjoyed cockpits, drinking with friends, going to the casino, and spending time with family and friends.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by Elmo Atienza (son).

Sotero is survived by his wife- Florencia Atienza, daughters- Charito Atienza of Omaha, Maria Ritchie of Omaha, Maura De Sagun (Erwin) of Italy, Cecil (Mark) Villanueva of Italy, sons- Vic Atienza (Imelda) of London, Caloy (Narcy) Atienzaof Agoncillo, numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and other extended family.
