Theodore Paul Falk

Theodore is preceded in death by his parents Otto and Rose Falk and son Theodore Brayman.
He is survived by his siblings Kathleen Pacheco, James Falk, Robert Falk, Jennifer Barajas and Jeffrey Falk; and many loving extended family and friends.
VISITATION Monday, February 28, from 5-7pm at Good Shepherd L Street Chapel. GRAVESIDE SERVICE Tuesday, March 1, at 1pm at Holy Sepulchre Catholic Cemetery.
