Valerie Mary Lamond Sharpless

Valerie Mary Lamond Sharpless Age 65 of Bellevue, Nebraska passed away December 26, 2022 surrounded by her family. She was born on July 18, 1957 in Bridge of Allan, Scotland to Major Charles and Gladys (Williams) Sharpless. She was a nurse aide with Nebraska Health Services where she really enjoyed helping people.

She was preceded in death by her parents and son Anthony Hopkins.

Valerie is survived by her daughter Kathryn Hopkins (Grant Lynch), son's Mark (Ann-Marie)and Leon Staples (Chyane Clifford), sisters Kathryn Dean (John), Pam LeGier (Deb), grandchildren Michael, Brandon, Ethan, Indie, Zaya, Gemma, Lexi, Kizie and Arlo, Nephew Ryan Dean and his son Evan, niece Chelsea Souder (Ryan) and their children Evelyn, Rybo, Ashton and Marilyn, family and friends.

Visitation: 4:00 to 6:00 PM Monday, January 2, 2023 with Funeral Service at 6:00 PM at Immanuel Lutheran Church, 104 Galvin Rd N, Bellevue, Nebraska.
