Buddy was born in Omaha, NE to Luanne Johanson Hartso and his late father William Washington Hartso Jr. on December 3, 1974, and departed this life after 47 years and one month.
He is a graduate of South High School and for many years at Lo Sole Mio Restaurant was the go to guy in the absence of a Lo Sole. Eventually he left the kitchen and became everyone's favorite tow truck driver. His girl Crystal used to ride with him sometimes and has pleasant memories of stopping to relax and admire starlit country skies together.
Buddy touched many lives and was always willing to help a friend without a second thought. He was an avid Cornhusker fan and also loved his New Orleans Saints. One of his favorite things was hanging out with his family. He loved being an uncle and wrestling with his nieces and nephews. He showed us his love with his good cooking and used to say that being in front of the grill was his "happy place". No one could smoke a piece of meat like Buddy!
He leaves behind his partner in life, Crystal Blanton and her daughter Jaid and family, his mother, his sisters Andrea, Bethany, and Randa, his brothers Adam, Joe and Jeremy, nieces, nephews and cousins, as well as aunts Angela Hartso and Wanda King, uncles Wade and Maurice Hartso, and Carl Johanson.
Buddy, we will miss you so much!
We'll never stop loving you.
