Jeremiah (JC) was born on September 22, 1990 in Omaha, NE and passed away on January 31, 2023. Jeremiah was an avid skateboarder, he created quirky, imaginative art, and lived for music and being a DJ. JC was a dreamer, searched for the great thrills in life and lived in the fast lane. Best of all, JC was a professional friend. If you ever had the chance to get to know him, you will remember that he always wanted to make sure everyone was having as much fun as possible. His goofiness was uplifting, his spirit was inspiring, and his smile was contagious. JC would want you to remember the best times spent with him, the love, the laughs, and happy tears. He believed that everyone was special and destined for greatness, and above all, believed in the pursuit of happiness.

Survived by mother and stepfather Patricia and Deivis Bliujus; father and stepmother Jerry and Marci Carroll; daughter Meadow Martinez-Carroll; Siblings Andrew (Bailey) Carroll, Steven (Elizabeth) Bliujus, Heather (Jeff) Conklin, Ryan Kline and Rachel Kline; greatest love Liz Martinez; grandparents Tom and Patricia Carroll.
